"I really didn’t feel safe checking out"
I was ready to place an order, but once I got to the payment page, I really started feeling unsure. There wasn’t much clear info about how secure it was, and I just didn’t feel comfortable entering my card details. It might be totally fine, but it really didn’t look trustworthy enough to me, so I ended up leaving without buying. I’d rather shop somewhere that makes the payment safety stuff more clear.

"Tracking Was Confusing"
I ordered something and the tracking info was kind of a mess. I kept waiting for an update, but after a few days or so, there was barely anything helpful. I probably checked it a handful of times myself and still couldn’t really tell where my order was.

I had to reach out to thebagicon.com about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it definitely took longer than I expected. The wording on the site made it sound like support would be quick, so that was a bit misleading and frustrating.
I ended up sending a follow-up before I got a clear answer. To be fair, they were polite once they responded, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than advertised. They really should be clearer about response times.

The bag looks good and the packaging was fine, no real issues there. But i’m still not totally convinced it’s authentic. A few small details just don’t feel quite right to me. I know companies always use all that polished wording about quality and guarantees, but that doesn’t really reassure me much. For the price, I expected to feel a lot more confident. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

I ordered this expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I was comfortable with. What made it worse was the lack of clear updates, so I kept wondering if it was delayed, lost, or just not moving. If you’re not in a hurry, it might be fine, but I wouldn’t risk ordering again if I needed it by a certain date

I was trying to find a bag I actually liked, but a few of the ones I wanted were out of stock. I had to check back later, which felt a little tiring since I’m kind of over chasing updates and availability. I did eventually find one that was okay, so it worked out, but the whole thing was a bit hit or miss

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept checking for updates. Not a huge disaster or anything, but yeah, the wait was kind of annoying.

I’m not sure if I missed something, but the pricing on thebagicon.com really didn’t feel clear to me. At first it looked like the item was cheaper, but then extra costs showed up later during checkout, which made it feel a bit misleading. Maybe it was explained somewhere in the small print, I don’t know, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me. I just wanted to see the full price upfront before getting that far. Overall, not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

The staff were polite and seemed like they knew what they were doing, so that was a plus. I just remember thinking, okay, everything’s fine, but why does this feel like it’s taking longer than it should? Not a bad experience overall, just a bit slower than I expected.

I ordered the wrong size and they did let me exchange it, so that was a relief. I’m usually careful with returns because I don’t want to get stuck with something I can’t use, and the exchange rules felt a bit strict. It also took some back and forth to sort out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wish the process was a little more straightforward.

"Not worth the money for me"
I expected more for what I paid. The bag looked really nice in the photos, but once I had it in my hands, it just felt kind of average and not as premium as I thought it would.
The quality didn’t really match the price for me. I’ve bought cheaper bags before that felt sturdier and held up better, so this was disappointing. I also tried emailing them, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine wasn’t great. I just don’t feel like the value was there, and I probably wouldn’t buy from thebagicon.com again.

I ordered this bag because it was listed as being in very good condition, i was excited to get it. But when it arrived, the hardware was scratched, the corners had visible marks, and the inside had this strange smell that was never mentioned anywhere.
I know pre-owned items are not going to be perfect, and I’m usually fine with a little wear, but this felt really different from what I thought I was paying for. The photos and description made it seem much nicer, so I ended up feeling disappointed with the whole purchase

I ordered a bag from thebagicon.com the bag arriving was fine, but the weird part is how bad the after-sales support was once I needed help. They took forever to reply, and when they finally did, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I kept having to follow up just to get vague answers, and nothing was actually resolved. It ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been, and I don’t think I’d order from them again
